Judging Process

A: Once all entries are finalized, the members of our jury will begin evaluating the works. A score will be calculated for each entry based on the jury’s evaluations. The appropriate awards will then be given out based on the final scores. Winners will receive the corresponding award for their category. The International One Prizes of the Year are selected from the gold-winning entries of each year’s Art, Brand, Creative, and Design categories.

A: To incorporate perspectives from multiple fields and evaluate works using a more market-oriented standard, all entries are evaluated by a jury panel, not by individual raters. The jury is comprised of members from three organizations—International One Prizes LLC, the news agency MERXWIRE, and an international art or design organization—who vote anonymously.

A: The jury evaluates each entry based on its innovation, practicality, media and promotion, and market reputation. During the voting process, the names of companies or artists are not revealed. All entries are also presented in random order to ensure fairness in the voting.
